I am changing my 35 1 ton to a pickup. I have car frames I must partially disassemble by removing rivets. Where can I get replacement rivets? What would be the best hydraulic master cylinder to use? Obviously I will be utizing hydraulic brakes and an 8ba engine.

Why do you need to disassemble the car frames? 1/2 ton and car used the same basic frame from 35 - 40.
I had my 38 car frame sandblasted and powder coated without taking out any rivets.

I have several sections (none the same) that are rusted badly. I figured to remove some from each and replace the bad ones. etc.

There is a company called Big Flat Rivets. Google them for contact information. I'm sure they would have something that would work for you. I would suggest using a dual chamber master cylinder on either 39 pedals or Richard Lacy's conversion using 35/36 pedals. Not sure which make/brand master cylinder to recomend but someone else here should know.
