You might also have a problem with the '35 water pumps. The '32 pumps had a long neck. Another problem is that the intake manifold for the '35 will place the generator too high. I think the solution is to use a manifold from a 1937 (or a 1932). In general, it is an easy conversion. Why are you making this change, I assume it is just because you have the engine available?
