35 5 Ford window coupe headliner help

Sigh.


I have fabric to replace the original headliner used by unknown animals. Holes were torn in the fabric. I've started to remove the old...all the bow bolts are loosened and removed. The fabric that is tucked behind the package shelf...in the lower corners...I cannot figure how to remove it. I need the entire old fabric as a template for the new fabric (old as new Lebaron Bonney). I tried to undue the package shelf from below (remove the 6 bolts) but the shelf is unmovable. Here's a picture of a corner when headline is behind the package shelf.

did you take the cross board with the round holes out? Seems like i had all that wood out when i did mine.
