35/36 Ford Transmission Floor cover

jjt, the difference is in the opening for the floor shift tower. The '35 shift tower comes back on an angle while the '36 -'39 towers go straight up. I had several '35 transmission sheet metal floor covers but needed a '36 because I am putting a '39 transmission in one of my '35's. I found one listed here in the 4 sale ads and picked it up at Hershey this past Oct. I could have made one from a '35 by cutting and pasting/welding but prefer not to cut up original parts to get what I need. I'm sure someone will have a '36 cover for you. Keep bringing this ad to the top until someone responds. Good luck.
