35 3 window barn find

What a score - body looks like it has all the hard work done and/or it's a pristine original. Not much to do, really - just start paint prep and assembly!

Glenn, the photo of it out of the garage and on your trailer speaks volumes. Looks even better then the text photos you sent me. I'll return your call later. I was getting Ainsley ready for day care when you called.

I was going to suggest I meet you half way so I could pick the car up but after having seen better photos I'll just drive to your house to get it :D.

Sweet Find Glenn! I helped gather some of the parts with Glenn. He's missing headlights, horns, 35 steering wheel (came with a 36 banjo), and door handles, but amazingly the car is almost all found! The grill, radiator, shocks, wiring, seat, door cards, header and dome light mount, are just some of the pieces collected. The gentleman really prepped and primed and stored the fenders, hood and sides, and trunk so that they were preserved in nearly perfect condition, it won't take much to make them look great.

Hi Jeff, hope everyone is doing well in your family. That had to be an exciting day for you and Glenn digging that '35 coupe out. Good to hear from you again. You guys did some good work there!
 
That's the stuff old car dreams are made of. Especially if you are getting tired of major rust repairs. It doesn't appear to have much corrosion at all and that is a true rarity these days.
 
Great find you have there . Will be a good start to put back on the road . Just like the previous owner planned. Sweet find.

I went back and looked closer at your pics. That is a car all of us dream of ever finding . Especially a 3 window. Great score.

I love the car too! Great find. How many of these suffered the dirt track stock car death back in the 50's?? My neighbor raced Ford Coupes in this venue when I was a kid---- went thru several MINT 35-36-37 five window Coupes what a shame...............
 
Congratulations Glenn, a once in a lifetime find! I will be stopping by your place this Wednesday or Thursday afternoon to see this awesome barn find on my way home from Western Maryland.

I'm really hoping we can do some lopsided trade in my favor where I get the car and all the parts that came with it :D ;) ;)
