35 1.5 Ton Brake Conversion Question

I'm not keeping my truck stock and would like to put disc brakes on the front of my 1.5 ton truck axle. My hope is to keep it a dually and upgrade to disc brakes. Does anyone know an easy way to tackle this?
 
F 350 from a late model ford truck can be put on small amount of machine work on the kingpin hole enlarge .005 or .010
 
So is that a 7 degree reamer then? Now if I get a wild hair could I do half ton on there instead with the same concept and do you agree late model is mid 70's to late 80's or do you think I could go even newer?
