`35 1-1/2 ton front u-joint flange assembly

I am having a very hard time finding a transmission-to-driveshaft u-joint assembly. This one is 6 spline to the transmission, then a u-joint, then a 6 bolt flange that bolts to a flange on the inner drive shaft (closed drive shaft)
See the pictures.
The u-joint itself is good, the flange assembly is worn where the u-joint cups mount.
Does anybody know where I can get one of these?

Just so anybody looking at the pictures knows, the rear spline is normally part of this assembly, but is not mounted on the assembly in the pictures.
The rear spline on mine is good.
