I have a pair of early V8 wire wheels that a guy is interested in.
They look pretty nice, just need paint.
What's a fair price ? Thanks
 
I recently sold a set of 5 1934 17 inch wire wheels for $200.00 for the set. I was happy with the sale as I had been trying to peddle them for several years. There's not much of a demand for them....
 
Did you spin them to check for out of round and run out? Are the lug nut holes all ok? Any bent spokes or damage to the rim? If they pass all of the tests $50 each would be reasonable. If they don't pass they might be good for a spare but probably worth about $10 each if you are lucky. Other experience may vary. Thanks, hadn't seen the ad yet, I will check into that.
Unfortunately the wheels have some nasty old tires on them (no extra charge)
They look decent, I will get some pics tomorrow.

The trouble with the nasty old tires is that they might (or might not) be hiding major rust. Also advertise them on HAMB, they sometimes use them over there.
