I have the whole enchilada, but am having trouble about the value. The wheel cover and face plate are in beautiful condition, I believe the stainless is dented. I haven;t looked at it for some time. The stainless is re-po item, I believe at about $80.00. I'm sure I have both straps and perhaps the locking hub cap. I will have to research the value. Elmer Swift at twinjoan@gmail.com
