34 roadster trunk lid?

I am working on my 34 roadster that I bought in pieces in 1970. The rear section has the panel with the latch for a trunk. Where would the trunk hinges be located and on what? The coupes with trunks are bolted to the water trough under the rear window. I looked up in the 33-34 body book and the 33 roadsters came with trunks but not 34's. This is definatly a 34 but could be a early one. The 34's all came with rumble seats. Any one have a 33 roadster with a trunk that could tell me how the brackets are attached or pictures of such. Here's hoping for some help Fred

Fred , Can't help much with this but I did have a 33 std roadster years ago that was indeed a trunk . Never paid much attention to how it was done but I remember the pins to remove the lid were the same as a coupe . Looking into the part #'s of this stuff the non-rumble roadsters are listed as 33 only and the non-rumble hinges on the lid and also the body are the same as a coupe . The rear latch in your body just unbolts as you know but how about the striker mount for a rumble lid ? That should be visible and also the brace under the rear upper panel for it . I know you are sure your body is a 34 but did you check all the little stuff as 33-34 have many little differences .
