34 ford pickup door lock.

i flipped my 'inside drivers door handle up to lock the door and heard a snap and the handle drooped back down. no more locky!

what am i looking for here, a spring, and where does it go?

i havent investigated yet. i figured someone here knows just what i need to fix this.

Broken spring in the remote.Gotta take it apart which means to remove the glass with its channel then the rear channel then remove the remote and latch assy.
