The owner brought the engine in to me to rebuild. He didn't get the engine with the car. You mean to say all cars had aluminum heads and only trucks had cast iron heads? The heads are for flattop pistons and the engine has flattop pistons. I don't think he's going to be showing this car in any big mucky muck show. If it was me I'd be happy with cast iron heads. Walt
