After searching this site and others relentlessly for weeks, I finally became confident enough to make a run at ordering all the parts. Here are some pics for reference. They are just mocked up for now. Please feel free to comment if something looks wrong. There was some guesswork involved. šŸ˜† But, as a lot of things go. It doesn’t look as complicated as I made it out to be.
Thanks for all the help.

Did all coupes in '33 have these roll down windows? My std 4cyl coupe does not have one.
Previous owners ??? Newc

Theoretically, yes, as there are no parts in the August, 1934 body parts catalog for anything other than a roll-down window.

My '33 4-cyliner coupe has one.

I'm certainly no expert on the older Fords, but that sure looks like First Class work to me.:)

Given the size of the photos, i can't tell if you have the lipped rubber channel that the glass fits into before fitting into the steel channel. Other than that, it looks to be all there, assuming that you have the steel drain pan that fits beneath the window.

There is a sheet metal cover over the regulator spring. I found cup washers under the attachment screws same washers used on the toe boards. I like to stain the wood black before installation. Do you have the lower metal channels for the glass channels? there are T-nuts that the regulator screws thread into. Appears very complete.

I always thought that only rumble seat cars had the wind down window to facilitate talking to rumble seat passengers. Am I wrong?????

Thank you. You are correct. That rubber is missing. I’ve got it ordered. I have the oem drip pan that is being repaired.

Thanks good info. I like the spring cover and the black stain idea. I also see I’m missing the crank escutcheon. I have the t-nuts. I can’t find those lower retainer channels anywhere. I bought a 13 1/2ā€ model a retainer channel from Brattons and cut it in half. Not sure if that’s gonna work. After mock up and playing with it I’m inclined to think 2 full length retainer channels might be better.

Hi there, i noticed that your rear window glass channel seems to have the correct length for the glass to fit in.
I ordered a glass channel from vintique which is shorter and the slider/runner is not bevelled / folded the correct way for the regulator arm to run properly.
May i ask which company your glass channel is made by and whom you ordered it from?
I opened a thread regarding my issue.
Regards Randolf

the crank escutcheon, look at other years; i.e., I have a '34 crank escutcheon for my '33.

unless you're in a judging event, who cares? Thank You -
