33/34 serial number question

A buddy recently bought a 33/34 frame which has incomplete 3 window coupe semi attached. It came with a very old ownership (title) from Ontario, Canada. The title shows a '34 Ford, serial number C187415, model W8. Looking in my Ford Restoration book it shows this serial number was built in Oct, of 1932???
We are working on restoring the serial number on the left frame rail, just ahead of the firewall.
Seems to me that the title numbers must have been incorrect by the MOT in years past. Is there anything which identifies the body type in the serial number..

The serial number ONLY reflects the sequential build. It does not indicate anything else. Not body type, not color, nothing else.

I, attaching a link to the Ford of Canada serial number info that I generally go to for questions.

It indicates that the V8 got a later start so production was low. V8 production was delayed for a long time in the USA 1932 production as well. Canada had the C18 prefix with two alpha additions after. They went in blocks that way.
C18D-1 to 10,000 and C18R-1 to 5973. They kept this alpha block type serial number system through 1936. In 1933 it changed to C18H 1-to 5000 and C18N 1 to 5000. In 1934, production finally took off with many alpha number blocks. If it has a number that is distinct instead of an alpha block system then I may have been made in the USA. The 32 frame is distinct and should be recognizable as different from the 1933 or 34 frames. Check that 7 on the frame. Sometimes they get mis-identified on these old cars. Also check for further numbers that may be shallow stampings.
