i have tried to get hold of the cubels at wood art.com to no avail.phone ,email,even a letter to them and a fax.does anyone know if they are out of business? would anyone know where i can get wood for a 5 window/ thanks tommy
 
I think Woodart is still in business but it seems their motto is not to response to inquiries in a timely fashion. I received an order 3 weeks ago but it took many days until EdC (I think is the owner) returned my call and took the order (try phone 209 239 1530). I have since then left numerous messages and e mails for an additional order but no answer at all! Poor customer service but the parts I received are very good. Too bad.:(
