I have a 31 Sport Coupe with a V8-60 under the hood. As of right now all that needs to be done is the wiring, roof upholstery and titling. My father wired the car like a 32 and has run the lights, gauges and horn.
Right now we've run into a snag which is the starter button wiring and the resistors that are in 32's. We have a modern coil on the car instead of an original, so do we need the ballast resistor from the ignition button to the coil or do we not need the resistor anymore and bypass that step? Can anyone here give us some info?
The car still is running on a 6V to be clear.
