32 Tudor sedan window regulators

I need to replace a missing passenger side rear window regulator and window channel on my '32 Tudor sedan. The regulator is a 3 hole mounting and I have been told that it is the same as a Model A unit? Could anybody please confirm that? Does the window channel match anything else as I cant find a listing for a repro one? Mine should be 30 3/8" long.

The regulator is similar to a model A Coupe/Tudor/Pickup EXCEPT the end uses the same spring loaded slider (for the keyhole slot in the window channel) as 1932-39 used. Unfortunatly Vintique and Mac's do not supply the end parts seperate.

One possible repro fix is to buy a pair of model A regulators and one 32 regulator, cut, swap, and weld the ends.

Note the 1932-34 Pickup has the same issue, with the addition that the handle shaft is drilled and tapped for a set screw. Vintique model A regulators ARE drilled and tapped.

I don't see the need for the spring loaded slider on the regulator. They must have put the spring on it to prevent noise/rattle. I used Model A ones in my 32 Tudor and had zero issues with the operation and once covered in Mohair you'll never see its a Model A. The repo ones are no were good as the original regulators. I would look for originals were I have had issues with repo/china regulators
As for the window channel Model a as well but I chopped my car so I didn't need that long of a stroke..

Can the Model A regulators be made to work as the front window regulators on the '32 Tudor, or just on the back windows? What else might interchange (or come real close) for '32 Tudor front window regulators and/or door latches

Hello Your front (door) regulators will have to be 32;s these have (6) mounting holes. the only other close ones are 33-34 fronts but these do not have the (6) standoff spacers like a 32.
