While on the subject of 32 quail & grayhound caps. How about the stock 32 cap? I was always under the impression that a true henry original had the part number visable on the bottom side B8200 A2R cast in raised letters toward the outer edge. Recently on epay there was one advertised as 32 henry original and text said the numbers were under the fibre/brass washers. Were there two styles or manufacturers for genuine originals? Didnt see this addressed in the two volumn 32 book. Dave or anyone care to share their viewpoint on this?
