Have these ever been made repro? always missing, thrown away ? one style only Newc
 
Not reproduced to my knowledge.

With a sample, reproductions could happen. They would be in the 300.00 to 500.00 pair range though.
 
Hey Karl, are they different than other models of rumble-seat based 32's? Dang near everything body related on a Cabriolet is different - it would not surprise me that the hinges are also different. ;)

While I don't doubt the veracity of this answer, I find it amazing the old Mr. Ford, so well known for his frugality. would allow such an inefficient situation to exist during the assembly of his automobiles.
