32 5-windiow side window question

I am installing new side glass on the driver side. My question is what is the inner depth of the channel? My new glass is thinner and I need to do the calculations to order the right thickness tape the glass sirs iin when tinstalled in the channell.

I don’t know what thickness tape you need, but I did benefit by leaving the roll of tape in the hot sun for about a 1/2 hour before using it. Made it more flexible.

If you are talking about the lower glass channel it is rubber and has a flap on the outside to seal against the door when rolled up. it's available from the normal suppliers like third gen or Carpenters.
