Anyone have production numbers on a B-520 4cyl 1932 3W coupe? I may have stumbled on one while looking for 34 Ford parts. Any info on this combination would greatly be appreciated. Thanks..

From Lorin Sorensen's "The Ford Factory" domestic production is shown at 968, with no world total given. BTW, it also shows '34 3W with 4 cyl. at only seven produced.

I believe fordors to be correct at 968. I have the chassis from a 4 cyclinder 3w under my roadster.

Wow I didn't realise the production figures were so low for the 4cyl ones, mine was a 4 cyl car and has the reinforcement over the rear axle factory fitted on the outside of the fame.

Since the 3W was the deluxe, its a wonder their were any. However, there was a 34 (deluxe roadster I believe) with a 4cyl at that mountain theme park in Atlanta.

During the '32 model year Ford instructed its branches to only build 4-cylinder Victorias, convertible sedans, and deluxe coupes for actual retail orders and not for dealer inventory. That helps explain the low numbers of fours in those body types.

I once had a four-cylinder '34 roadster and they are rare (around 70 were built). The fellow who bought it changed it over to a V-8.
