32-34 steering column shaft

Resurrecting a 1934 Ford Pickup....the steering column shaft has been twisted off at the steering wheel leaving no threads.
1-does anyone have a shaft they will part with??
2-Does anyone know if the earlier say 29 to 31 shaft is the same???
