on 312 are there 2 heat sending unites or just one, mine has a 2 prong on the sensor only one I can find?

'56s had two terminals on the heat sensor, I have no idea why, only one is used. Either one. There is only one sensor on the engine. John

Hoosier is correct . Just another strange thing Ford did back in the day !
