'31 Twolite Headlight Construction

I've searched headlight, reflector, Twolite and combinations thereof and haven't found what I'm hoping for.

Does anyone have a 'exploded' diagram of all the pieces and parts of the '31 headlight system for a car with cowl lights - lens all the way back to the focusing screw, that they would be willing to post or email? Found it - see below

A major bonus would be actual pictures of the same.

My bucket is stamped with Ford script, Twolite & Headlamp; but the reflector is loose inside. I open the 'hatch' and I have to be ready to support the reflector; plus there seems to be nothing connected to the screw in the back.

Sounds like you may be missing the forward ring or part of the forward ring of the headlight bucket the forward ring only had two small tabs on the sides that held the reflector, and may be missing the original light socket assembly. I think Brattons catalog has a exploded view of the headlights and may be on their website..

Wiring diagrams I do have...

None of the suppliers' websites have the exploded view of the headlight available online... (or at least not that I was able to find)...

Guess I'll have to wait until I can grab one of those catalogs, unless someone knows of an online diagram or PDF...

Pictures of the real thing would be that bonus...

I tend to think visually, so pictures/diagrams help...

For those that might stumble on to this thread -

I was able to find the diagram - attached.

Helps make the prior comments make sense.

Now I need to go back and take mine apart and see what I have (or more appropriately - what I'm missing...)
