Restoring a Murray '31 Std S/W sedan: color manual says "dash = lower body color"...how about the rest of the interior colors??

It will depend on standard or town sedan.

The list from "The Ford Model A, As Henry Built It" on page 198 states that Maroon was used on the garnish mouldings for the Standard S/W Fordor Interior Trim Schemes. Two fabric types are mentioned for seats. Brown small checked cloth and deep brown shark grain artificial leather (June 1931) are mentioned.

The deluxe models used real leather but the standards got either the cloth or the artificial leather. Brown was the main theme in the standard cars. Deluxe cars had the mahogany garnish mouldings and more color selections of materials for the interior. They were still either tan or different shades of brown for the different selections.
