31 COUPE RAIN GUTTERS (Again)

PLEASE, one more time guys! How are the 'rain gutters' on my 31 Coupe attached and what is the most effective way to remove them?

Spot welds, can be drilled out but a pain in the hip to repair whatever you do. That's what I have been told anyway, never did it.
