31 cloth rear spring hump cover

My Town Sedan has the fabric cover for the rear spring under the back seat. I ordered the cover replacement “kit” from an A supplier which is a big square piece of black grained top material. I have the original which is canvas and is sewn on all edges & on both ends to form a tapered pocket. Because the original is falling apart and the vinyl is “petrified, we’re unable to use it as a pattern. Anybody aware of a drawing for this cover or any instructions indicating how to reproduce it?

The Victoria Association has a pattern of the rear spring cover for a Vic; not sure if it is what you need, but it's attached.

This is great, same size as my Briggs body TS and same materials are same as described. Vendor catalog indicated that Henry used leftover roof material with black rubber down, but original looks like canvas which was coated with tar- like substance only in the “pouch” area. Edges were plain canvas where sewn. Thanks !!

My (April) Briggs 160 series sedan has 2 pieces of cloth, one is white cotton and the 2nd is gray check seat upholstery.
