.When I started the project I had to remove the wood belt rail to take the seat back off.
I have been wondering how, after painting, I was going to put it back in, the carriage bolt heads on the back of the cab will have been painted, I don't really want to paint them sepertaly and install later.
put a nut on and recess the wood on the back side?
tack weld them in?
Is there any other way?
Also
do you paint the hood dissembled or assembled?
I have some .010 shims I plan to put between the hinges
