30 Model A Coupe trunk lid hinge pivots

Looking for the hinge portion found up inside the body that has the pivot pin. The trunk lid slides onto these pins. These pieces are held onto the trunk opening sides with 2 countersunk flat head screws and have a small pin the lid slides onto.
I need both sides.
