Have a nice original 30-31 radiator. Exterior surface is very good. There is a scuff at the wear point for the water pump shaft on the engine side. It is small. Should go well in an original car. Several tubes weep at the scuffed area. My thinking is that these could be blocked off at the top and bottom.

Going to pull this off, and hold it for a recore. It is too rough I believe for use as is. There is more damage to the front than I remembered. The Baffle plate is different than the cheaper replacements. I see why some have trouble with the impeller kicking out coolant.
This really does look like oem. Bob
