SteveB31 Well-known member Jan 10, 2014 #3 Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the larger later main cap used 1/8-npt threads......
W Wm J. Junior Member Jan 10, 2014 #4 Yes Steve you are Wrong. It is a 3/8 NEF thread and once retaped with a 1/8" NPT the cap is junk.
