3.54 gears

Another route to go would be to get a Merc rear end, they had the pinion as part of the drive shaft so you would have to shorten the drive shaft to Ford length.
 
I am sure that I bought a set of 3.54 gears from Reds Headers on the coast of California around 2003-04. Dont know if they are still in business or not. I still have that set sitting on my shelf in the shop. I might consider selling the one I have as I have Columbia's in my 35 Fords.I will look back in my files and see what I paid for them What are they worth. I am a long way from NY
