March 28, 2013, I lost my Grandpa "Dad", My best friend, My mentor, and now overall a hudge hole is missing in my life. Monday he was up town ordering parts for me, but thursday he died unexpectedly.
In loving memory of Thomas E. Zabel, my Grandpa, my "Dad" and my Best Friend! YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!

john i am so sorry to hear this, your grandfather will need you to carry on stay strong and hold the fort down. your dad and grandfather will be on your shoulders guiding and helping you and may they both rest in peace. amen

God please give John the strength to bear the loss of the company of such a good soul that was so very close to him and God please give him the strength to put all the pains aside and with Your help he will now know for sure that this soul has not gone forever.

Sorry about your loss. Remember all your experiences with him, remember what he taught you and he'll always be with you.
 
You will always treasure the things he gave to and shared with you. Grandfathers are very special. Carry on, John, and keep him in your heart.
 
A sad day for you and your family.
I like to think that my dad is still with me when I work on things that we used to together. Sometimes that helps. Hold on to all the good memories. Were all here with you in spirit.
