29 Tudor Front Driver side window issue.

Question regarding the window ,The window will crank up but will slip. I have to help it buy pulling up on the glass with my hand while I roll up the handle. Any tips on what I should look for thanks in advance.

There might be a stripped tooth in the gears.

Just needs a new regulator, easy fix.
