Not sure where it goes, I did not remove it, flat piece of steel 1/16" thick, 3-5/8" wide, 31" long, one side has a slight upward bend 5/8" wide with a 1-1/2" long notch on each end, total of 13 coumtersunk mounting holes for screws, $30. plus postage in US.
