Is there a big difference in 29 Coupe body subrails compared to Roadster body subrails? Could they be swaped without experiencing any subsequent build problems? I've picked up a body that has roadster sides, but appears the sides were put on a coupe floor and subrails. I'm considering purchasing repo roadster subrails if the difference is considerable.

my guess they are a bit different since the doors are shorter

Yes. The subrails are very different mostly because of the door lengths are different.
