hi everyone finally got the switched over in the 55 merc ran good until we put the mufflers and tailpipes on. that is when we heard the rod bearing making all the noise, no problem ,I have a chance to get a302 out of a ford granada, is an automatic , what I want to know is will the new clutch and pressure plate and flywheel from 289 fit the 302 motor ? the switch over to the 289 motor was very easy thanks to you guys and the HAMB thanks a lots and new and old at this sort of thing trying hard to get into the hobby, thank you,mercman5519
