Here's a street rod project that is not only unique, but will give exhilarating performance when finished! It's a '28 closed cab pickup. It has a NEW sheet metal cab back, rear fenders, splash aprons, running boards, radiator shell, hood, cab wood, front bumper, aluminum fuel tank, and box. The chassis is a Roadster Shop unit with a Heidt's "Super Ride" IFS and 8" rear axle. Also includes a newly REBUILT 2.3 Ford intercooled turbo motor with a NEW turbocharger and rebuilt C4 transmission. It has Classic Instruments gauges, new Walker radiator, Vintage Air AC unit, Ron Francis wiring kit Fiero seats, overhead console w/new radio, Merkur engine wiring harness, and much, much more. Doors have bear claw latches installed that work with the original handles. I have all the trim pieces, moldings, etc for the truck and lots of odds and ends stuff to finish it up. Brake and fuel lines are run. The front fenders will need some minor metal work and the doors will need bottom patches installed (patches included). I have a current Colorado title for the truck with original factory VIN number. This truck will be a head turner at car shows with the turbo motor, and if you've never driven one of Ford's turbo T-birds this motor was originally used in, you will be amazed at the performance!
