I have a very straight lower Panel for the 28-9 Tudor BodyIt was cut just below the belt line , still has the bolt up flanges on each end and bottom.

.(might work also in the 30-31's i think its the same compound curve, and its cut below the belt line so the belt line difference might not matter.)
