"A" FORDBARNERS ..............................
Here are a pair of original boxes and one NOS original 1928-29 Roadster rear view mirror & bracket. The other one is mounted on my 1929 roadster.
In the mid 1960s, I went to Hershey and one of the items that I was looking for, was a mirror bracket for my '29 roadster. A fellow had two NOS ones for $5.00 ea. Since I would have paid $5.00 for a used one, I just bought them both.

DENNY/UTAH ................................
I bet that there are a lot of open '28-9 "A"s out there with the wrong nut on their mirror.
Restorers should take advantage of your offer.
