28-29 RPU rear fender question

I am putting together a 29 RPU, and have run into an interesting issue with the rear fenders. I bought the drivers side off eBay, and the passenger side from brookville. The issue I have is they are different widths. The drivers side is 12" wide, and the passenger side is 11". They both have the same "correct" for 28-29 splash apron cutout. From what I have been able to figure 11" is correct, but what is the 12" fender? Where can I find another 12" for the passenger side? And last but not least how wide is a 30-31 narrow bed pickup fender?

Thanks,
Stan

An original fender I just measured is 11-1/2".

1928-29 Coupe/Roadster/Pickup fenders are subtlety different from 1930-31 Coupe/Roadster with a slightly different arch (to better fit the 21" vs 19" wheels), and a more pronounced flare to the end of the fender behind the wheel well. (And then there is the "1928 AR" fender with a notch at the back).

The late 1931 "wide bed" pickup rear is actually narrower (at ~10") than the coupe/roadster fenders as the outside of the fenders were all the same width to fit to the running boards.

So I wonder what the 12" fender I have is? When I measured, I did not include the mounting bracket that is riveted to the bed. Is there more one company repopping these fenders? Both my fenders are identical... arch, notch for apron, rear flare. Just the width is different. The wider one where it fits the running board sticks out 1" other than the width they are identical. I would like to source another -2" wide one.

Thanks,
Stan

I just checked both of mine on my 1928 Roadster Pick up.
11" wide. I believe mine are original though the History of my truck before 1960 is unknown.
