A friend of mine search for a 27-30 Packhard Roadster or Open Car title. He is in the procsess of building a 20th to 30th stream lined race car on a old Packhard Frame with an old Packhard engine and drivetrain. He now needs a title to get the car registered. The car will be build in Germany.
Hope you can help.
Thanks, Alex

There are some pictures of how the car shall look like when finished and the modified frame of the Packard. Maybe there is a grille shell like on the pickture in somebodys shed for sale, too. If yes, please make an offer.
