2014 " Barner's Bash "

I sure hope other "Barner's" will post some of the photos they took over the three day Florida "Barner's Bash" weekend. Speaking for all the Cigar City Flatheads, I'd like to thank everyone that took the time to join us this weekend,:) we hope that you were adequately entertained, we know you didn't leave hungry.:D A special thanks to my friends Milt and Art for allowing us to tour their garages and a very special thanks to Tom Roche for hosting a shop tour and BBQ. And, last but certainly not least, thanks again to all the "Barner's" that make this event so much fun. We had a blast!

I'd also like to thank Mike, Don, Steve, Hal, and Cliff (collectively, The Cigar City Flatheads crew) for all their help today, and every day.

Safe travels to everyone and we'll see you at the next Cigar City Flatheads Event.

Vic

A good time was had by all. Thanks so much to Vic, the Cigar City Flathead Mob, and all who had a hand in organizing the Bash, and to all who attended.

Excellent photos Jeff, all except the last one...LOL...;) If everyone had half as much fun as I did, I think we can call this weekend a successful "Barner's Bash". See you soon. Vic

You guys had a blast and now JM and Al as well as others have snow to be shoveled at home ASAP. We have about 6 inches and falling.

Cecil, JM & Al have delayed their departure due to the snow that is, or will be, falling. They are also carrying the "Poster" that Shelly made for you and plan to deliver it to you directly. Sorry you couldn't make it this year, we'll have a spot reserved for you next year. Vic

Vic, We are planning to do this trip in April and I will try to see you and verify my being in the south in my Ford. Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I just got off the phone with JM. He and Al are northbound, were stopping for fuel, and report having a great time. I'm really sorry I didn't get it on the schedule this year.

The roads here in Maryland are in a state from a rain/ice/snow event! The beltway is still white in most areas, and we're expecting 7 degrees as a low tonight. Those guys should take their sweet time coming up.

Vic, I had a great time and I only got over there for the Sunday BBQ. Great food and great folks. It was cool to meet a few of the folks here on the Barn. I hope to be able to actually DRIVE my car for the next event.

Thanks for all the effort hosting this!!

Heard, it was great to meet you,:) glad you had a good time and, just so you know, your "rear end" is in good hands...;) Vic

VIC, I just wanted to THANK YOU for all your efforts with the other CIGAR CITY FLATHEAD people for making the 2014 BARNERS BASH a grand success.:):D I have not had the chance previously (didn't know about them), to attend (also didn't know about this forum):(. But now I am more informed and hooked:). I will try not to miss any more CIGAR CITY events, as they are GREAT:D, and NOT TO BE MISSED...

Thanks KM/ROADSTERS, you are too kind however, THANKS go to everyone that was involved from the Cigar City Flatheads to all that attended, they make the event what it is, my function is purely aesthetic, which sometimes causes me to become astatic... LOL

Sarah & I wont to say thank you to Vic and all the group for a Great time at the Barner"s Bash. We are looking forward to the 2015 bash .

Jerry, our thanks to you and Sarah for taking the time to come to the event. We're looking forward to next year's Florida "Barner's Bash" as well. Vic

Vic, Marilyn and I also want to extend our thanks for organizing such a great weekend. We had a good group, everyone really had fun. Other than Fantasy of Flight, my highlight was going into that large garage with the 50 or so beautifully restored cars.
