Sort of a rolling sunrise of Model 'A's.

It's now 17:00 EDT on 12.31.2010 in the Eastern US. I hope to wake up tomorrow to a bunch of international images. How about it?

John: Two days of rain and 50 degrees has melted almost all of the snow and washed the roads so it's a good opportunity to follow your lead, get a car out of the hanger, and celebrate the New Year. My '29 Murray Town Sedan (with an Autolight heater) fired right up and is ready to take me out for coffee if I can find someplace that's open. The only snow that is left is pictured piled deep at the end of our community runway. Happy New Year............ Gar Williams

Here's my roadster getting its replacement engine yesterday. My son helped with getting things lined up. We had a great warm day here in the Chicago suburbs yesterday and I was able to get a lot done.

Our club, Colonial Virginia Model A Ford Club held its annual Snow Flake Tour. We had 17 Model A Fords take part in the tour. The snow had just about all melted. Roads were clear with just a few wet spots. Bill and Mary Lee once again organized this year's tour. They do a great job putting the tour together with coffee and donuts to start the tour along with detailed route sheets. We had a number of members/cars from the Cape Henry Club join us. At the end of the tour we all gathered at the Belvins for a carry-in lunch and social hour. Great way to start the new year.
