2 Tooth steering box

I purchased a 30 CCP, when I was checking the steering box it had grease in the steering box instead of 600w oil. The truck has no steering issues at all, I read on this forum about John Deere Corn Head grease being used in 2 tooth boxes, so I purchased some, which I plan on putting into the box, I was wondering to try & take out the existing grease, and pump in the John Deere Corn grease, or mix with existing, I guess it won't hurt either way, any Thoughts?

I'd just pump it in, as it would be tough to remove without taking it apart.
I pump the red Mystik JT-6 into mine and top it off with the heavy gear oil, otherwise the 600W runs out pretty quickly.

I have rebuilt 2-tooth gear boxes and even then you have to work to get it clean. All that does is grease the bearing and the screw and gear. Make sure you don't put to much in.
