This is an original California Ranchero that I acquired from my Uncle last year. He had owned it for about 20 years prior. I had planned to swap the 429/C6 combo that I had for sale, but decided I needed to shed some projects from the to-do list.
Has not been driven for a few years, but I'm sure it could be returned to drivable condition with little effort. Beyond what I have noted in this listing, I know very little about the car.
The good:
* Very nice brown interior, usable as-is. Seat was reupholstered, and carpet was done prior to going dormant. GT door panels aren't cracked, just a bit sun faded. Soft vinyl arm rests need to be re-covered. Dash is very nice. I have mint speaker grill covers that will be included in the sale.
* Original jack, spare, and related equipment still located behind the factory vinyl curtain behind the seat.
* Original "Medium Yellow-Gold" paint color, with red-orange GT stripes (outlined in black, of course). Paint is weathered, but presentable. Stripes are faded.
* Original set of 14" steel wheels, with dog dish hubcaps and factory beauty rings are currently installed on the car.
* Virtually no rust observed, this is a California car that still sports its blue/yellow license plates

* Car hasn't been run in a few years, but spins over easily and shows good compression. I've not attempted to fire the car.
* Car was converted to propane, and still has all equipment in place to operate. Original gas tank is in place, but would need a 2 barrel carburetor and new fuel pump, lines, etc. to return to gasoline.
I'll have pictures up soon, please use the PM to send questions. Car is located in central CA, about half way between Sacramento & Fresno. I can deliver for a reasonable charge within 200-300 miles. * Car was converted to propane, and still has all equipment in place to operate.
