FOR SALE:
Pair of OEM matching used 1971-73 Ford Mustang 28 spline axles in excellent condition. Splines are in excellent condition. Bearings and retainer plates are also excellent. One axle measures 31 ¾ in. from surface where drum rests to end of splines. Other axle measures 27 7/8 in. from flat surface where drum rests to end of splines. These came out of my Ford 9 in. I am selling them because I had to narrow the rear. The OD of the bearings is 2 7/8 in. Shipping is extra. These are heavy. Best if you can pick up to save shipping and insurance costs. Price is $120 each. I will split them up. Good seals also included. Buy both for $200 plus shipping and insurance
Thanks, JIM
