This truck has been and still is registered & insured year round. It runs and drives great, and has always been very reliable. It drives exceptionally well for just cruising and is very fast when you want to play around. I am the 2nd owner, buying the truck in Southern California prior to moving to New York in 85. All the custom work was done in 2006.
ALL body modifications & customizing was done with METAL, NOT bondo. I have pictures of the build.
Due to health reasons I must sell this truck. There is some work that needs to be done to finish it that I cannot do. The NEW headliner needs to be installed (cardboard with chrome trim), NEW carpet needs installed, the ghost flames need to be sanded with 2000 and polished out. There is a small crack in the windshield behind the right (passenger) dummy spot light. The left door glass is cracked (cracked before I even drove the truck). The cracks do not prevent it from passing New York's annual vehicle inspection.
I have a written appraisal from the International Vehicle Appraisers Network dated December 1, 2008 showing this truck as having a value of $17,500.00. this was before I detailed under the hood, and added the ghost flames.
Please contact me with any questions you may have, or you would like more pictures. Thank you for looking
