1963 galaxie og. boltage

I'm mid restore on my 1963 Galaxie 2 door sedan and am getting about ready to reassemble the front fenders and core support. The core support and inner fenders had the typical surface rust that got to the original bolts too. I need these bolts to look factory original. I have asked around and most people I have talked to can't pinpoint somewhere that either reproduces these or has a coating that looks factory. I have heard it was a phosphorus coating the factory used and that a new coating is quite pricey. Any info is a help, thanks!

you should be able to get all the hardware you need try restoration specialties in winbar pa they offer all sorts of restoration needs as well as weather strips and seals

Eastwood has a kit for blackening hardware. http://www.eastwood.com/metal-blackening-system-set.html Haven't used it myself so don't know how it works.
