1960 f100 info

I have a 60 f100 regular short, can someone please tell me if I can switch it to a step side without having to do anything? Will all the holes line up with a bed kit from MAR K? I would like to know before selling my current bed. Thaks for any help!!!

If I remember, the longbox had a wheelbase of 118", and the shortbox was 110".

I had a friend that switched the stepside box to a styleside box years ago on a
110 wb short Ford, and I don't recall him having any issues with the swap that
caused him to cuss much, and he liked to cussssss.
